Something I wanted to touch on. Will power and setting up for more success.

First of all is I committed myself to in my mind i was truly ready for a change. If I want able to take that 1st step I will fail. So if I'm committed I should have no problem throwing out everything in the truck that might hinder that. I threw out rice, chili, beans, soy sauce, candy snacks, chips, frozen nuggets, ice cream, milk, and any sugar. And ketchup and mayo. All that cost money, but what is my health worth. A lot more than that junk. Also I mentioned before I try to never carry any money or cards in a store unless I'm planning to buy something. If not I'll be buying pizza, eating at Dennys, or grabbing that candy on sale.
Then buying only the stuff I put on my list when I shop for the truck. The list is important when shopping. I go straight for those items and get out of wall mart or wherever I shop. Browsing the aisles is not a good idea. I have a plan and try my best to stick with it.

As far as will power is hard sometimes. This is part of m my brain that wants to bargain and make deals with me. Eat this and make up for it later. Once i eat it i can't make up for it. Only hey back on track.
Like this load takes me by my favorite place to eat. The Mad Greek. As long as I don't eat the pita bread I'll be good.
My celery is still awesome after 5 days. Plenty of crunch.

Today was a long day! Stopped with 22 minutes left on the clock.
Got my gyro meat. But on a salad. They still have me a pita. Which I threw in the trash can immediately along with those red onions. And kept my eyes off the dessert case. No chance of tearing a piece off the pita bread. I've eaten and I'm now sleepy. No tv tonight. Heading to cali and told the company I either need a slow run or a reset after unloading. Prefer the reset so I can get out and move around.

Parked in trashy ontario, ca. Decided to walk to the mall. And of course spending money. And I got grilled chicken with only steamed/boiled cabbage, carrots and broccoli. So I can eat okay with out blowing it. One more store then to see what movie is playing. 30 theaters! Then I get to walk back. And I parked way in the back so I have to walk father.

Today was real busy. Left Baker, delivered load, went to trashy truckstop, walked to the mall, went to movies, walked back to petro, went to church, and had dinner.
I didn't realize till filling out the meal log that I haven't ate much at all today. And exercising in the morning, getting a windshield replaced in the truck, and I might go back to the mall.
I do feel better since getting all the crap out of my system. My energy levels are back and then some. Felt like I was in high gear all day. 20160209_205536.jpg .

Im with you in spirit but your numbers are way off..down load "lose it" app...theres NO salad thats 250 cals, your fruit is way way off, plus its a complex surgar carb, eggs while good to many...dont get me wrong I am no example of the correct size etc but my ex wife is a certified nutrition expert...you need to see someone...like that to assist you. Pluse you need to log everything like water etc.

I sincerely hope you exceed your goals.

The salad I east that's 250 calories is stamped right on the front and nutrition label. So I Guess they're duping me and the government.
And for the fruit I use www.caloriecount.com
To get the figures. Thanks for that calorie app idea. I will definitely check it out and see what the difference is. If it's more calories I'll just cut back some.
    Thanks again. Safe travels.

Captain Dave thanks for the app. It is way cool! And easy to use. I won't have to write it all down and take a photo, just a screen shot now.

    Thanks.

Today was a good day. Got up early and jogged 2.5 miles. Then this evening I done the elliptical at petro.
I use the app causing Dave suggested and really is not much difference than the Web site I use. But am still using it to double check. I will post a pick of the salad I eat sometimes when I hit up wally world again. 1455159874689.jpg

Here's a pic of the salads I eat most of the time. You find them in the produce section of walmart and there's usually 6-10 varieties depending on the walmart. And usually 210-320 calories w/dressing in package. I don't eat the cheese or croutons on any salad.

And couple other things. I done this same way of eating a little over a year ago. I know the results that I should see. It might be shocking to others at how fast and how much I loose in the time frame, but that's usual for the first month to 1 1/2 months and then slows and requires more exercise and switch things up like intervals, stairs, cycling, weights (which I do not have) I will also have to make more changes to eating. Mix it up learn different recipes. Cook with coconut oil, make spaghetti with a spaghetti squash (really cool the first time). Pizza crust out of cauliflower. Things I've done before, but in a house. I will need a high end toaster oven that can bake.
Last time I never counted calories but I wanted to see the numbers for myself and to show others what I actually eat. Nothing out of a package 99% of the time that's been processed. Precooked bacon. ( hormel precooked natural choice bacon) and my ssg patties. Old folks pork ssg.
The weigh in Friday or Saturday I expect twice if not triple the previous week s lose. Hoping for double digits. I can feel the difference already. Fingers crossed and going for a walk before it gets too hot.
