    In the DFW metro- Arlington, Dallas, and Forth Worth PD use charter buses with heavy tint. Mainly they target texting while driving, seatbelt violations, open container, and occasionally luck out catching people smoking pot while driving lol.

    A few states have been doing this, especially around the construction zones. When's the last time you've seen a construction worker holding a radar gun?;)

    April was National Distracted Driving Awareness month. If a LEO was aware of your cellphone holding, etc., you get a federally subsidized ticket.

    Anything being done is a good thing in my book....its gotten outta hand....easier to count drivers NOT playing with their phones
