The below question is a little confusing to me. The crist website says that answer #1 is the correct answer. It looks to me that #4 (all answers are correct true), should be right.....afraid I'll miss it if I give their answer on an actual exam....am I missing something?
Which of these statements about backing a heavy vehicle is true?
1. Backing is always dangerous
2. You should back and turn toward the driver's side whenever possible
3. You should use a helper and communicate with hand signals
4. All answers are correct are true
crist practice test question.....

Company exams to me are a veiled physcology test. I completed one during orientation with Anderson Trucking one week and wandered into a room with test results in a printer. Recognized my own results as unsuitable and reexamine due to certain questions such as would you stop if your log book showed out of hours two hours before arrival?
Company tests is a form of mental health testing if I think of them that way it allows THEM to decide what sort of person you are going to be on the road and screen you where necessary as to prevent losses down the road.
If I had to answer that question I'll put down number 4 and #### the results. If they don't like it they can shove it. -
When tests of this sort are administered properly.....you should be advised to pick the BEST answer...many times there is more than one correct answer....I feel under this guideline the testing facility chooses #1due to it(in their opinion)the BEST of the 4 choices--while also hammering in the idea--that backing IS inherintly dangerous.....and of course IMHO...these questions either should have been discussed before the test....or used as examples of HOW you should approach the test and why...and if used properly should be followed by a discussion of how to mitigate the dangers of backing...by using #'s 2&3 as ways to do that

I was just taking the general knowledge test on this site....and the same question required "all of the above" as the correct answer......guess I just answered my own question......
