Picked up in OR delivered to Jamestown. Picked up in Jamestown dropping in the yard. Picking in Park Rapids and heading to Texas.

Nick said all his loads had extra time, then said let's get you by the house for the holiday weekend. I said don't twist my arm so hard lol.

It'll be nice to get a cpl days at home. Not to mention all the good food @carramrod32!

Made my delivery at Mclanes last night. Appt. was for 0100. I rolled out their gate empty at 2330. Drove up to Kay Chemical in WS, NC and got some sleep. I knew the day shift starts at 7 so I was in there at the desk at 715. Put right in a door and loaded quick.
I brought that to the Magnum Yard in Greensboro and dropped it for another driver.

Stopped at the Haw River J scanning these 2 loads and grabbing a coffee...
I'll be home on the couch within the HR...
1 week at the beach is in my very very near future....

My truck with full fuel weights 34500. Been over loaded 4 times this year. When I go back to get reloaded I inform them that I will put in for detention pay from when my 2 hour mandatory loading hours, to when I scale out legally. Gotta make someone pay attention if they have to start paying extra to fix a load.

 

Where is a good place to park around Appleton? Gotta drop and hook there this evening but I'm about out of hours.

 

@Pigbacon did I meet you in Jamestown the other day? I think I gave you one of my extra load locks.
