I've been to the Conyers facility several times and know exactly what you're saying.

Last time I was there to pick up I arrived at 12:30 for a 3:00 appointment. Sat "on the side" till almost 6 before they put me in a door, and wasn't released with papers till just before midnight.

Our dispatches for this place say straight forward, if you are there more than and hour and a half after your appointment, and you are not being loaded, contact us immediately so we can contact them before the 2 hour "window" closes. Apparently, they will deny any and all detention requests if dispatch does not contact them before 2 hours have past since your appointment time.

I have a delivery tomorrow at their Garner NC, facility # 13:00. I'm going to get there before noon and hope for the best.

 

Yes, i am reviving an old thread here. I am currently stuck here. I have been here since 1400hrs yesterday with a 1500hrs appt time. Still sitting where i am parked, with my trailer being used for storage. Their are 6 of us from yesterday still here. I only hear cha-ching cha-ching as i am being paid detention time.

Do yourself a favor... Stay away from this place!!

 

I believe I delivered to one of these in Miami, FL a few years ago but did not have a problem there.

 

Figured I'd wake the dead, and notify all who may come here, that nothing is changed, they empty you out when they need your product.

1400 appointment, through the gate at 1332ishh. Got backed in at 2243 and out of dock at 2328.

Mixed opinions on whether there is parking here. Said you could park on the street. I was there long enough not to find out if you could park inside.
