    Dumb question but im a newbie so please bare with me... why is flat bed better then reefer?

    I prefer reefer, ORD was in the forum alot in the past, loves F/B always wanted to show pics of his loads. Don't know why, but he don't come here anymore. Remember, it's all personal preference, Flat bed is also more work

    With flatbed you don't have a reefer unit that roars to life at 2am and wakes you up ( you actually get used to it so it doesn't matter) you only have to furl the truck and you get a big whompin' box on back of the truck for storage (most of it is used for securment equipment)

    with reefer you font have to trudge around atop a loaded trailer in all kinds of bad weather to strap and tarp a load.
