Orientation is a lot of classes and a big interview. After you get with your instructor youll do some pad n shift range work, then hit the road. During the road time youll learn to safetly drive a rig. Once your instructor feels you can pass the tests, you return to Springfield. After a few days of backing practice and road test practice, you test out. After you pass the test youre an official Prime employee. Then TNT starts.

The entire time youre in training its a "big interview". Theres also an official interview you have to do.
