Got that right! You glow like a neon sun. No losing you in a snowbank (which is a really good thing right about now!)
Thanks for the instruction and all the good advice. Wish you luck on your new adventures.
Trucking Newbie,
Pleasure meeting you. Hoping the best for us both tomorrow.

Fair amount of snow here & cold as ####.
Killing time waiting on insurance presentation & final clearance. After that, hopefully trainer assignment. -
Hey JimmyBones,
(Summoning my best "Gunny" voice)
"Properly mounted & secure!"
"Not cracked, bent or broken!"
"No abrasions, bulges or cuts!"
I'm working on it...... -
You forgot to add "SIR!!!" to each response... now drop and give me 20!!! LOL!!!
Trucking Newbie 514 Thanks this. -
Couple of these kids insist on calling me sir.
-
Nah......know better than that. He gets kinda scary when you do that.

How long from your arrival at springfield did it take for you to get in a truck to start training, or are you still waiting?
Just curious. I should be getting my permit today, hopefully I'll be able to finally set a date for when I head that way. -
Well... I got there on a Sunday night, and was rollin' out of the yard Friday afternoon! Lesseee... that was in '07. BWAHAHAHA!

Came w/permits. Arrived Mon. Clearance hopefully mid-day today. Assignment of trainer hopefully afternoon. But, that will be dependent on availability of trainers.
Coming w/permits will definitely make things much less stressful.irishramblernv Thanks this.
