    He started counting his money before it was his money. He told me I'm going to be lost when I get a coil, it's going to take me 3 hrs to tarp, I'm not going to know how to chain or strap everything down and so on

    And neither did he when he started. Lucky for you he isn't the only flatbed driver out there. I'm sure there are many who wouldn't mind giving you some tips and maybe even lending a hand from time to time. I'd forget you ever met him.

    He was probably sandbagging you to get trainer pay,or didn't have another trainee lined up.
    Maybe put his # in some truck stop pooper stalls,or run an ad in craigslist for him some manly love?
    He will appreciate you introducing him to some new men,and he wont be lonely anymore :smt056
