He told me I'm going to be lost when I get a coil, it's going to take me 3 hrs to tarp, I'm not going to know how to chain or strap everything down and so on sounds like he has LITTLE FAITH in himself as a trainer if he showed you any of that at all ?

You can stoop to that level where he is or you can show him you are above the drama and rise above. Don't cause a confrontation. Do make sure to mention it on your survey/evaluation.
It takes big ones to be able to deal with adversity and still maintain your sanity. The people on this site are an invaluable asset in your pocket. It sounds like you have a decent head on your shoulders and will come out on too despite what he wishes would happen to you. Good Luck Driver.Last edited: Jul 19, 2014
KC63 Thanks this. -
I suggest you wait until you get off the truck to deal with this. Best to do so by walking into his f.m.'s office as soon as you get off the truck. Let his f.m. know whats going on and his they will be able to tell you what prime expects of your trainer as far as him giving you advise after training.
