Any prime drivers live in charlotte area? noobie looking for info

    I was just curious if anyone lived in charlotte . For future reference i wanted to know about locations that you can park the truck on home time. Im a long ways from this but i still think good thing to know. Heading for PSD on the 8th of sept

    Which Charlotte? I can name 6 states that have a town or city named Charlotte. I'd be willing to bet there's more too. Don't know Primes rule in this because I'm a leaser but most companies don't want their trucks left at a truck stop. Check with local storage unit places. A lot of em will let you park there for a very minimal price and it will be gated in.

    My instructor/trainer lives in that area. We had to go there a couple of times during my training time.
    He parked his truck at a lowes in Concord. That was only for like a night though.

    I live in SC, drop my trailer in Columbia @ a shipper and bobtail home. I don't know about for reefer guys, but for flatbed there is Charlotte Pipe in Charlotte (right off I77 by the Panthers stadium) - you can at least drop a trailer there.
