Im not sure about that if they really want to get someone home IMO they can. Also IMO ive come to think that sometimes on holidays other drivers take off and the companies have no intention of honoring hometime for some drivers in order to keep enough trucks out to serve customers. Last time that happened to me i ran out of hours on purpose. I logged every last legit on duty minute i could. Seemed to work too since i havent had it happen since not that i go home much tho.

Give the flatbed division manager a call on Tuesday. They don't put up with that kind of crap on the cold side.

Time to find a new job. Hometime is more important to me than there load. If they cant get me home, its time to move to a company that will.

Since I found out that my tnt counts towards my driving experience which was a little over two months I'm going to try my best to sick it out for another 3-4 months. I know trucking involves traveling and I actuallI love it, but some people like myself don't want to live on the road. I want be be able to go home when I'm supposed to. That was one of the reasons why I decided to come to prime..because the amount of trucks and the fact that they have a regional option that's right by home...Now feeling that there's a lack of freight coming my way just make me feel like I made a bad decision

Talk to Jack (?) about it on Tuesday. You've only been out on your own for a few weeks, and part of it is usually the completely different kind of life you're living now.
