Hey, I can't answer your pm because my post count...
I trained with prime, and do think they are the best company to start with. I' don't have bad things to say about anyone who works there....my biggest problem with them is that they keep me in the NortheAst doing short runs that leave me with little sleep, and lately they keep asking me to switch loads with people... That just throws out all plans....the dispatchers don't really like being asked for longer runs, I think a lot of guys bug them about it. I was able to go home pretty quickly whenever I wanted ( about every 6 weeks) but they don't like you staying home more than four days at a time. You should defiantly stick with them at least a year, Prime really is a good company and it could fit together perfectly for you, I know it has with others. Good luck!

The advantage of being a TNT trainer is I may get sent to the northeast but usually get back out of the pretty quickly and headed west. Of course beng lease helps also cause I can say no not going there lol.

Is it a lot of the same with flatbed? A lot of northeastern runs? It sounds like the extra 5 pennies per mile isn't worth the shorter hauls in the New England area.. I will take what they give me, I'm a complete newb. Just not sure what to expect!
