    Hi. I live about 2 hrs east of Pittston, but I will likely want OTR48, not NE Regional. Will my training and dispatch for OTR 48 be at Pittston or Springfield?

    Usually training is done is Springmo, however it's not unheard of for people to go to Pittston for training.
