Just because the owner of the property is cool with it does not mean Prime was cool with you and let you slide. you hit a stationary object, you had a load shift. All are in incident reports that do not disappear from your file.

Attitude is everything. Embrace the change, learn as much as you can, and minimize your own unpleasant experiences in the future. Or find somewhere else that suits you.

Now the rest of the story comes out. OP take advantage of the training. You haven't driven in winter conditions and you have hit things. Stubbornness kills people out here. Don't be stubborn.

Driving in a manner that causes the load to shift in dry conditions can be a jacknife or rollover on ice. Again. Take the training.

I'm not going to be judgemental here, but if you leave now you will have 1) a large debt that Prime will collect on, 2) a number of negatives in your driving that will be reflected in your DAC report, and 3) very little experience. This is a lot to go up against going forward.

hal380 and Cranky Yankee Thank this.

    1. Large debt? Like what 2-3 grand?
    2. If he puts a two week notice in and doesn't abandon the truck how is his dac affected?
    3. Swift will gladly take him

Also, really glad my wife and I are heading to Prime tomorrow to begin our training at the start of winter. Much rather be learning with our PSD and TNT trainer durring our first winter especially since we are from southern California and not used to that weather at all.

Hell, out here we have breaking news for "storm watch 2014" when we get a quarter of an inch of rain!!!

    hal380 Thanks this.

Hahahahahaaa, this is funny. You only have 6 months experience, already have a couple incidents on your DAC from what i understand, and your complaining cause Prime wants you to have a little more training?

    Yes, please leave them ...

and good luck with CRST or England, i hear theyre top notch!
