New 16xxxx Trailers have software problem

    There is an issue causing a fuel sensor malf. It will cause the unit to shutdown thinking its out of fuel. RA talked me through the settings to disable the sensor.
    RA said they are dealing with numerous calls on this issue.

    Actually picked one up from the Utility place in VA friday. Was told that the fuel levels are being sent through the gps that is through the startrac system instead of the settings on the reefer settings like the older models. The guy was pretty cool about fixing the one I picked up but was pissed because he was going to have to test all the units waiting to be picked up..

    Ooh brudder, it's bad enough that when we pick up new trailers we have to crank on the landing gear for a week and a half in order to get the trailer low enough to hook up to it.
