Considering it's a drop yard as well as the hq I would think you could park there. There probably is a specific place, but I could be wrong I'm just going out on a limb here

Ive read about people driving there, but the price of the gas and how far away i live its cheaper just to take the dog. And i wouldnt trust leaving my pickup there for anyone to break into So i'm leaving it at my parents house.

I heard they will reimburse a certain amount. how ever gas is expensive-ish and I have no cruise control in my pickup so yeah lol.

They'll reimburse you the price of the bus ticket for driving out. Do let your recruiter know you're going to do that before you drive out. There is a secure parking lot on the property that's monitored by security, the biggest problem most folks have is getting the vehicle started after it's sat for 3 or 6 months.

They will reimburse you what the cost of what a bus ticket would be to come out.

We have a long term parking lot at terminal. My pick-up resides there. Even get to see it once in awhile!

Hey, we'll be in the same "class!"

My last day at work is this Friday, then that last week bumming around with my kid (since I won't see him for three of four months). My employer begged me to stay that extra week...but no! I wanna be lazy for a bit! Sorry to hear your last employer was a dick about it.

When you go get your permit, be sure to get your endorsements at the same time. Some states will not recognize endorsements gained elsewhere.

    I'll see ya there!

All endorsements transfer from state to state except hazmat. You'll need to do that one when you transfer your CDL from Missouri to your home state.

Ironpony, I don't know about Missouri cdl's, but my Texas cdl with all my endorsements including my hazmat transferred over no problem. All I needed was the letter stating my background was clear. That letter couldn't be more then 6 months old, otherwise I would have had to do the background check again.

Oh, well - that's kinda awesome! No problem taking one little HazMat retest, then. Thanks for correcting me about this.
