    Just got my greyhound ticket information,
    Depart 5:55am Saturday, Jan. 3rd.

    Supposed to arrive Sunday the 4th at 5:05am.

    One step closer.

    I think we're going to be on the same bus, Buckeye! If your bus stops for a few at Bloomington-Normal, IL, then it's the same bus. The same route, at least. COuld be the layover at Champaign-Urbana, too.

    why do we need tankers? i mean i understand they pull tankers but it is my understanding you have to have a year experience to even get into tanker division?

    Yes, you do need a tanker endorsement. The larger palletized liquid totes that they load into reefers (and sometimes on flatbeds) require that you have a tanker endorsement to pull the load.

    that makes a little bit more sense, went for my general knowledge today, and the test on this website was very close to the ncdmv's test, with the exception of a couple of questions about stupid buses

    I'm not to sure. They have me going Akron to Toledo/Cleaveland then Cleveland to Chicago, Chicago to Springfield.

    Going to be fun, estimated layover of 1hour at Cleaveland and estimated layover of 4 Hours at Chicago...

    Had some last min information that prime needed Verified my packet is now completed. I did the DOT form yesterday, Waiting for my birth certificate come by UPS today so i have that with me. Still have some packing today washer machine doesn't like to work half the time as im try to do all my laundry before i pack it all. I have about a weeks worth of clothes in each duffel bag that way if god forbids Greyhound/ or i loose one i still have enough clothes to get me by for a week.

    Update kinda ~ Went and tested for my permit today, Passed General, Air Brakes, Combination and Tanker. I wasn't sure if i should take the hazmat endorsement now or later all i was told i needed the 4.
