Remember be on time to each and every class. Take notes In case they change the class sched at the drop of a hat. One thing to also remember, on time is late. When you go to classes be there early.

 

Don't be that guy.

We all know him. The one who has stories. The stories that turn a thirty minute class into a three hour class.

Pay attention in class!

 

I am going to tell you this dude. When youre with your trainer ask everything, there are n-o stupid qustions. If you think your trainer is not teaching you. Get a different trainer immadiatly. Trainers are getting paid well for teaching you. S-o use that. ITS going to be a challenge, but ITS easy if you listen. Good luck
