Starting at Prime on Feb 2nd and I will try my best to keep information of my experience as up to date as possible.
I have grown up around trucking my whole life ( Dad and several Uncles have all done it at one point) so I know what to expect and am looking forward to the experience. Im 25 married with a 2 year old son. This site as I have stated before has been very helpful in gathering info about companies, what to pack and bring, expectations and the sort. My wife has been very supportive in helping me get everything together. Our goal is to get things done as quickly as possible so I have already gotten a CDL learners with the tanker endorsement to help relieve some initial pressure.
I hope to meet some people from the forum down there at prime maybe even train with some of you vets lol.
The whole process from 1st contact with Prime to start date has been about a month and a half for me, with my bus leaving sat morning at 10:30am for Springfield.
Cant wait lol.
