IP knew that he was on his "last chance" and had been given several chances to improve his behavior here. He had been given a couple of vacations prior to this banning and upon his return he had promised us that he would not post inflaming comments anymore. While it lasted for a while, he did return to posting things that were just enough to get other members upset and start the ball rolling in threads that eventually had to be cleaned or closed.

This ban is permanent and I'm happy that he's found another forum that allows his posting style. I'm closing this thread since the question has been answered and I don't feel that the staff here deserve to be scrutinized for our policy enforcement.

In closing, there's one thing that needs to be remembered, the staff discusses each ban, and we go to the ends of the earth to try to give members a chance to remain members here. In the end, its the members choice, not the staff, on how they proceed with their posting style here. There are many here that do not find it hard to post within the rules/guidelines that are spelled out.
