PTL ??? I'm Thinking About Going To Work For PTL In Murray, KY Read A Lot Of Bad Things About This Company, But There 3 Or 4 Years Old Any New News About Them. They Offer A Refresher Course, That I Already Been Approved For.
Been Out of A Truck 5 yrs, Called the Other day and ask When I Would Like To Come On Down For Orientation, Told Them To call Me Back In a Few days BUTTT I'm Pretty Hesitant About Going there.

Had a friend who worked there and only thing I heard was sitting waiting on load and being yelled at about idle time.

i drive for ptl all the horror stories i read about on here were pretty much not true they keep me running and i got home when i asked .33 cpm to start sounds low but after driving 2500+ miles a week it all adds up. i never had to sit waiting on a load just had to sit waiting on my truck to get fixed but they got me go so i could put the truck in the dealer's shop. so i had to wait little over a week but they never got mad at me for it. just called me once to see how i was doing and told me to enjoy my home time and theyll do what they could on their end to get the truck fixed faster. other then that my miles never dropped and i always have a good load for for the weekends. last weekend load was 1293 miles picked it up on friday after noon and didnt have to deliver it til monday night at the lastest. anyone ever has a complaint about ptl either their lazy and want everything done their way and dont wanna try and do it ptl's way or they didnt give the time to learn how ptl wants you to drive for ptl. i like it and i get to have my dog on their with me and my wife comes out when she can find time away from the kids.
