If you've never actually drove for PTL do not respond. I only want input from experienced drivers that have been a company driver for PTL....within the last 6 months.
Oh, and please...no trainee graduate inputs.

I think you're wrong. I haven't found even one complaint on here from an experienced driver that went to work for PTL....not one.

I am a driver for PTL and I have no complaints. This week alone I have 3047 miles and still have my miles tomorrow to add. Plus they just became an ESOP company. Employee Stock Owner Plan Company. Look it up and you will see.

I know you didn't want a reply from someone who dosent work there but, im also thinking of going to PTL and my very close friend started there a month ago and we talk about them and what they are about and so far im very impressed, and as far as what jdmiller said , my friend has gotten the same amount of miles while he is there, so I know his statement is true

well i went to PTL about a month ago. Nothing bad so far. The trailers aren't so great but the company has been nothing like the bad reviews on here. If your happy with 2,300-2,500 a week and bringing home from $600- $700 then it's great. I am happy with their system.

Alright here's the scoop. orientation was 2 1/2 days, the hotel wasn't bad. Ptl gives out a local buffet ticket every day that's next to the hotel your staying at. The equipment here is not bad truck wise they have pro star internationals and freightliners. They have electronic logs and their system does "not" interfere with you making a descent living. They are not "pushy" everything here is pretty laid back. They allow advances up to 50% of what you've got comming to you and it's automnatic. In other words if you've got it comming to you when you request it "poof" you recieve it. They have navigo truck routing that's pretty darn acurate too. If your looking to get rich then don't come here but if you're looking to make a good living and plan for your retirement this is just the place to do it.

A lot of us who went through orientation keep in touch on Facebook while on the road. Look me up James Miller. I am standing in front of my truck in the profile pic
