What can I say its a pretty good company but they have an odd group of policies like there idle policy if you reach a certian point they'll say lower it or you will be terminated? Come on thats not the way to get drivers to work hard for you esspecially if your a good runner. But thats the only real problem I see as far as miles go they do pretty good by me.Also the fuel solution is to help them thrive and stay in buissness so I understand that.

i drove with PTL for 9mos. and did see approx. a dozen women drivers. hope this helps
