They preach a good show but your signing with the devil! Charge backs will more than off set the loaded/empty mileage pay, if you get the miles to start with. You will get charged for blowing out their re-cap and required to replace with new ones, you will be charged for brake pods that don't work and have to be replaced, you will be charged for service calls to get the stupid sliders to work, you will be charged for Qualcomm's to be installed no matter what your told, you will be charged for trailer relocation fee's, and you won't get paid like your suppose to when you pull your trucks. Example of one charge back we had just a couple weeks ago; while pulling their trailer 2 tires blow out which after 4 hours sitting on the side of the interstate PTL finally got someone out there to fix it. We were charged back for a mud flap and bracket and wiring to the lights because it wasn't on the Pre-Trip. They were torn up by the blow outs.
No touch frieght, Right, you believe that if you want along with drop and hook loads. Dispatcher during the day are ok at best but you can forget getting anything done at night or on the weekends.
When we first agreed to pull for them they made it look like they were a religious, honest, caring people but are anything but. Heard they fired a guy for cursing in the office but will lie to you in a heart beat.

Tony Waller and his crew are crooks! When you leave Paschall it's unbelievable the type and amount of charge backs they deduct from your settlement! We left after their business slowed and our trucks sat for days before being dispatched.
A warning to others thinking about working with them:STAY AWAY!!!
Don't believe their lies...they make their $$$$ off the backs and sweat of independent truckers!!

    STAY AWAY FROM PASCHALL!!!!!!!!

Oh! Ya!! I drove for PTL for a long while. Being in S. Texas my options are limited in Brownsville. At PTL a driver is considered no better than the scum on the bottom of a 20 yera old dumpster at the back of a chinese resturaunt.:biggrin_2555: At one time they were a good company. But that was many moons ago. :biggrin_25510: You guys considering going to PTL, this will be you:biggrin_25516:! Or this:biggrin_2551:! As they drive you insane. Do you really want that:biggrin_25512:?

    TO ALL

PTL and Paschall Services are owned by the same people but play by different rules.
company drivers and owner operators are protected by certain federal rules and can probably get by but for heavens sake, if u have your own authority DONT!!!! sign on with Paschall services. They have destroyed dozens of small companies, mine included. They get behind in paying then when you start raising cain they withhold the money and make false claims that you owe them. They drag it out till most people are too broke to fight them....the ones that hire attorneys and keep fighting eventually get part of their money in exchange for signing an agreement not to reveal the terms of the agreement. I know of several companies that tried the class action thing but i dont know what happened..i think they probably did not succeed. OOIDA knows this company but after trying to get settlements for some of their members and failing(at least as far as i know) they seem to no longer follow them. It seems to me that Paschall needs to be exposed for what they are...and possibly charged criminally...I signed no agreements with them...I would support ANY solid effort to eradicate them for good..........
