I drove a truck that was leased on to Paschall Services about 2 years ago. They gave me TONS of miles and I was pulling their trailers and freight. I got out to California a few times as well as Albuquerque and El Paso(great experience in Juarez too.) I don't know about the PTL dispatchers, but the Paschall Services Dispatcher I had was great. The PTL drivers I talked to while I was getting loaded and unloaded seemed to like it. I have only heard a couple complaints from people about PTL and those were about too many miles(go figure).

I have talked with a lot of their drivers and they used to be a good company, but seems like they are sliding some. I hear a lot of complaints on miles being cut.

I was thinking about driving for them.Then the recruiter said they started a new policy for students.They wanted me to get 30,000 miles as a trainee driving with another driver.The recruiter said he might be a trainer,or just another driver.With everyone talking about miles bein low,I dont feel like driving teams for 8- 12 weeks.Especially if they are just gonna throw me with some one who may not be a trainer for a reason.

lmfao, the orentaion here is so boring and lame because they really dont do anything.. just time to keep you outta the trks till 2 girls run all your reports and stuff.. i mean the guy doing the classes was telling us ways to fudge our books, like wtf, i made the comment to him that if i did that and get a random dot stop and he checks it, what do i do then.not really any comment was made. they did sent one guy home today because he had some backing thing on his MVR . idk but looks like it'll be awhile before i get a truck to, or have to go fetch one..

oh. btw , a guy here has 30 years of experance that he can prove and they started him at .39 cpm . i had 1.8 years and they started me at .33. isnt that kinda low for him ??

yes iraqvet,, there are no more trainers here anymore.. they team you with someone that has little or no experance for awhile. dont know how long but if he said 30000 miles, then i guess that is it. , sounds pretty stupied if u ask me but it is something they just started..

did find out they have bouns pay for running the following
northeast states=75
nyc=100
hazmat=75
canada=75

thanks yall for the luck. hopefully it will work out
