You're NOT listening! 15 MPH IS A RECKLESS DRIVING CHARGE! LISTEN to experience when you ask a question in here and we reply!
I have 3 of them! I ALSO had my CDL suspended in 2002 for the first suspension offence of 90 days.( the 2nd will be 120 days and the 3rd will be for a year and the 5th the CDL goes away forever) When the FEDERAL GOOBERMENT made all states report all tickets to the home state!
The 1 state that I had problems with due to their 55 max MPH for trucks was Ohio and they did not report back to MO untill that law passed! I lost my job for 2 years and had to drive for a few crappy companies until my old company COULD take me back due to the insurance.
15 MPH over the posted is considered a reckless driving offence especially to trucking and private insurance companies!Don't believe me, watch what it does to your car insurance!kickin chicken, phroziac and GasHauler Thank this. -
I have determined that dealing with this poster is a waste of time.
He knows everything.
Everything you say is wrong.
Just let him go about the way he wants.phroziac, GasHauler, mizdageeragn and 2 others Thank this. -

Ha! This is getting rediculous. Of course everyone knows 15 over is reckless.Call it what you will. I been hearing about it because i've heard they may pass a law here in VA that 10 over will be considered careless/wreckless rather than the 15. That's a bit crazy but is what it is! WHAT ROADMEDIC SAID.

Where do I go to get a refund for the last 5 minutes spent reading this thread? Does TTR reimburse me for this?
