I think you have the wrong idea. I was at an intersection. I waited for the traffic to clear. I saw the bike officer sitting down the road a little way to my left. Traffic cleared and I proceeded to pull into the intersection and make my left turn. The cop immediately pulled put and fell in behind me and pulled me over. Yes I immediately took pictures from all angles. There is an island dividing the road about 100 yards down the road but its not anywhere near the area where i was pulling out. The lines pon the road cannot be seen if they are solid yellow or one solid and one broken from the drivers seat of a car at the intersection. The next road to the East has a stop sign and a sign reading "Right turn only" I think I can beat it.We'll see. Thats not the major issue. I need to be getting on the road ASAP and am wondering if anyone knows a company that might hire me with a pending minor violation thats only worth one point on my driving record if I dont beat it.

THC metabolites will register for 30-45 days after last use from a chronic everyday smoker. Not 6 months. That is an internet myth either purported by the unknowing, or the "beat a drug test" folks.
It will register in hair indefinitely, but most companies that do hair testing can go back only 90 days due to legal reasons.
Sounds like if you are truly innocent, you need to take steps to get the arrest and suspension expunged off your record. Of course an employer is going to ask you what happened.
1. Obviously, the girlfriend du' jour was able to get rid of anything, so I'm guessing there was no possession charge.
2. Something doesn't add up. You say they drew blood and issued a DUI citation, but then they didn't prosecute it. What other charges and tickets were involved with all of this to have to go to court? We're they able to "arrest" you for something else?
I'm guessing the blood test came back inconclusive and they had already written the ticket, so they couldn't follow through with it.
Something doesn't sound right about the story. Gotta love those rent a cops. Can't even sneak off for a little pot smokin' paradise by the dashboard light fun anymore.
My bad. Old post too.

If I were you I would pull out the bong and fire up some killer skunk buds. But it can take up to 65 days to depends on how fat you are. If you work out you can sweat it out.(or at least speed up the process.shave your head and the new hair will be clean. The majority of trucking companies just do the pee test. Because of the cost involved.

How about you find a different line of work? We don't need anymore potheads driving big rigs. If you have to ask questions about any of your behaviors or past legal issues, you probably already know the answer.
