I got a written warning for speeding... 62 in a 55. No inspection report. The vin on my truck was also entered incorrectly. Came up on CSA... Why I really don't know??? I'm going to look into fighting this...

DataQ is the only way you can do anything about this... in other words, it will go back to the issuing officer. "Please Mr. Officer, pretty please, say you were wrong!!" You can't go to court on this, only ask the issuing officer through DataQ to admit he was wrong. Now, do you actually think this is going to go your way?

DataQ is Just a waste of time! I bet, if it doesn't cost money now, due to the rush of challenges coming soon, they are going to use the system to make even more money off of us!

You can get a copy of you PSP from the FMCSA at the web site FMCSA.DOT.GOV
It will cost 10 bucks to get it fast.
If you want a free copy they have a way to get it from the freedom of information act, but that will take months to get a copy.

    71mack Thanks this.

It could be there's confusion on both sides...
I would venture a guess that various states are conducting classes on CSA......But as per usual..not everyone is in the loop.....

Just like when I run in CO...For some unknown reason to me.....the officers at the Trinidad and Monument coops think a Cali legal spread is only legal to 34K on the tail.....

I still get stopped at both coops running legal...and called in because I'm "overladen" on my axles.....:biggrin_25523:

I was pulled over in indiana today for truck in restriction lane and received a ticket. Does anybody know if i would be getting points or not? I really hope I dont I'd prefer no points. I have no problem paying the fine but I'd rather no points. And this is my first offense. Can anybody help me out. Thank you!

Ticket only or ticket with an inspection.

If only a ticket no csa points.

What kind of inspection? It was a trooper that pulled me over. The officer just looked at my logs license medical card and registration. And gave me a ticket. Will my license have points?
