Just an FYI. Robert Mather is a senior trial attorney for the United States Department of Justice for the ADA enforcement division. He is profoundly deaf. His wife was my professor years ago. This information is only being posted for the ASL users who may be experiencing discrimination as was conveyed in the article I posted. If you are not familiar with ADA laws, there are 3 divisions - one is for private employers, one is for government employers and the other is for public places of business. The EEOC also has stringent federal laws in place and a potential employer cannot ask a potentional employee any medical questions as this violates HIPPA.
