In Defiance OH,unloading...It may take awhile, they wernt shy about telling me thay would get to me when they could..lol
I have about 3 hrs left on my 70..Guess Ill head up to the pilot and wait to gain some back.My signal light on driver side of tractor cracked off..clean off..Prob go to Gary and get fixed..Maybe do a reset there or just limp with the hrs I get back..Who knows..Got some good miles and had a pre-plan from OH to Miami FL..I was pretty hurt when I couldnt take it because of my 70..My home time is on the 12th,so guess it works out but it was sweet and all highway...Hell prob could of stoped in Ellenwood and got sig light fixed there..Owell

So dropped that load off in Defiance OH and they said go ahead and pick that load up for Miami, for relay..Well got it last night took them forever to load me and ended up staying there for the night.Left and got legal off I went with 7 hrs left on my 70..Got as far as WV just shy of Charleston.Weather sucks, wanted to make VA...No dice..FM said no drivers found for this load so I'll have to take it..Getting back 7.25 hrs tonight and 11 for the next 2 days.Have the time just will be there later then appt time of 1800 on the 11th,which in my opinion was kinda crazy anyways...I mean some of the deadlines the pre planners set are, well throw your time management out the window and blow your hrs off getting 1100 miles in 2 days. Then figure out how you are going to limp to your nxt load..Not complaining just like to be able to manage my 70 and do as much as possible.Maybe Im wrong here but I like 8.25 hrs a day and never really having to worry about limping into the nxt day.Hey got that sweet Miami load!!Should put my miles for the week at 3600..Cant beat that..Talked to my dad and hes pumped about seeing me,I am excited to see him my little brother and little sister.Thought about taking my 3 off there but want to see the wife and its our WA on the 15th so just see the fam for 10 or so hrs.

Home turf..The Palmeto expressway is bad but near Miami Int and near North Miami Beach.I am going to hide out at the Seminole TS in Weston, park go see my fam and deliver 5pm on Monday. The receiver is off the 926 so hopefully its clear.I think 75 connects with it.I grew up around that area my dad had his warehouse around Hialeah area and step dad has his body shop on 32nd ave right around the corner from reciever.Getting out is my concern..lol I may just spend the night at delivery no truck stops around Miami area although I do know a few places but better safe then take a chance.Getting a load out might be a challange but most prob Ill get a load where I have to run empty for 100 plus miles..lol We get scrap loads alot so that maybe a option.I could also hop into Miami Beach and park across from Government cut..Nice little beach there and plenty of room to park a rig..Hmm
