Is 34th Street in Manhattan the main (east to west) road big trucks are encouraged to use for deliveries in lower and midtown Manhattan?

I run the city all the time with a 48' trailer that is 13'6" tall. Manhatten is easy to get around. To get there from Jersey, you will have to go over the gw bridge and run 87s to 278 west follow to Williamsburg bridge go over bridge and make right on Allen st, this turns to 1st ave once you cross Houston st, follow First Ave to 14th st or 23rd st, make left and follow to 10th ave make right.

or you can go over the Varazano bridge follow 278 east to Williamsburg bridge. I never come from NJ, I do not believe you can get through any tunnels at 13'6" height. I could be wrong, I would verify with someone who is sure. You can follow my directions with 100% confidence. good luck

This is going to be a re-occuring/occasional stop for me and I can be sent in at any time of day on almost any day. Also, there will be times when I'll be scheduled to go there coming from various locations - depending where my other stops are.
