    Thank you :)

I am very excited to become a driver so we can team, being a passenger while I cehcked out the lifestyle has been great and I've loved being able to help him with small stuff like tandems and paperwork but it will be great when we get two incomes coming in lol.

Are you and you wife currently teaming?

Well, as has been said many times before, there's more than one way to skin a cat. Maybe a 7 or 8 hour shift will work for y'all. If you know that you'll have a few hours to wait at the receiver (kind of unusual for teams but it does happen) then you could do 1 or 2 shorters shifts and get a full 10 at the receiver. It's all about timing at that point but if (when) it comes to the point that y'all just need a 1/2 day to chill out, don't be afraid to communicate that. Teams are usually run pretty hard - or should be. Nothing wrong with a little break every once in a while.

Ya... ya.. as she said I did FAIL one test..

General CDL Test = NAILED (Nailed = zero wrong)
    Combination Vehicle Test = NAILED
    Air Break Test = NAILED
California Law (Standard Class "C") = Passed
    "M" Endorcement (Motorcycle) = Passed
    Vision test = FAILED

The only stupid test I didn't think about studying for I failed!
I knew I needed to get my eyes checked and a new pair of glasses but I had passed the vision test a couple of weeks ago. So I thought I would be ok at DMV... Well... you know what happens when you assume... ya!
Anyway thanks to LadyK, she got me in to this evening to get my eyes checked and I got a new pair of glasses and I think I am set.
I told my instructor what happend, and that I was planing on hitting DMV first thing tomorrow wheny they open to get my permit. So he is going to show a couple of videos while I am gone as "review" till I get there... (thank you Mr Ted).

Well, thats how my day went LOL :biggrin_2559:
