-
It is an insurance thing, they won't consider any experience under 21 years old. -
I get out of driving school this coming up week and hope to get on at BTC....I have nothing on my driving record, no criminal history, and live about twenty minutes from the Memphis terminal (Southaven). I sent in the application a couple of days ago but haven't heard anything as of yet....got my fingers crossed.

I've heard pretty good things about BTC from their drivers.
-
Any updates on how BTC is and who drives for them?
-
I thought about going to BTC when I started but changed my mind after talking to a few Maverick drivers and decided to drive for them. I haven't regreted it either. I make more money per mile than some drivers make that have been driving for years. They put us in new Cascadia trucks and the miles are like everything else. Some weeks good, some not so good. It just depends on where you are when you drop off and what the freight is like coming out of that area.
