Pre trip inspection on airstream rv used for mobile medical purposes
I will be taking the class b test in a airstream rv on a freightliner chasis. The engine in not eaisly accessable. Any tips on the pre trip inspection?

do the best you can.....easy or not, you still may have to open up that engine bay...once at the test site, the tester will determine what YOU WILL or WILL NOT do.....heck, you're supposed to do a pre-trip each time before you drive that rig, right...??? how are you supposed to be satisfied the fan belts and everything else is in good working order..???

In Illinois they dont even open the hood any more.
back in 2000 when i got my class b they made me open the hood (i was testing in a 6x6 Oshkosh cement mixer), but in 2010 when i got my class a they didnt make anyone open the hood
