Post #9 states my area NJ. Sorry for the misdirect if any.:biggrin_25524:

    Delaying traffic./04-30-09

Improper use of multi head beams./04-30-09

Those ticket's was given at the same day same time.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
Failure to wear a seat belt/06-02-08

unsafe operation of a motor vehicle./10-28-06 <--------------- this was because my car broke down and the cop gave me a ticket for it and i was stupid enough not to fight it in court.

I was in a minor accident recently also some knumb-nut backed into my car while he was getting out of his parking space. This was 2 month's ago.

I should be getting My dac today let see if it has any surprises for me.

Ok here is what the MVC states:

If you are convicted of a moving violation, MVC will penalize you by adding points to your driving record. You will only get points on your record for moving violations - points are not assessed for parking and other violations. A table is provided for more information on the number of points earned for specific violations.

So those ticket's I have received are not moving violation's in the state of New jersey unless the courts add point's to your license it is not considered a moving violation. Am I correct?

I went to a specific forum that lawyer's contributes advice's, and I take back everything I said before I was wrong and this is why :

You have a CDL license, rules are different for CDL holders. The violation will show up on your record as a moving violation. Simply a good rule of thumb is if you are moving and that movement caused the violation it is considered a moving violation. Unsafe driving (moving) is a moving violation points or not.

Because of the CDL license every violation from every state is recorded to your CDL record. This is separate from your non-CDL record.

Now if you want to know how future employers and/or insurance will handle the matter, only they can tell you.
