    First off, I"m on here to get some insight to see what i can do about this situition. Why would I tell stories that weren't true. The fact is I got 2 DUI"s in 1989 and didn't go to court for either one. I moved to Virginia and in 1994 got a local driving job for a charity org. I've had my DMV record checked at least 2 times the last time in 2009 when I signed up for CDL classes and nothing from the other states showed up. I plan to call the respective District courts in Fl & MI to see whats up with this. Thank you all for your input.

    if you try for a cdl and get it , i will give a heads up don't apply for 2 more years at a tanker outfit , when I worked for trimac we found DUIs from the mid 80's on some of our applicants , most of the major tank outfits are like this .
