From my research into most company's they want it to be older then 7 years. As for speeding tickets, it varies. Don't shoot me if I'm wrong.

this will vary on each individual company....

some want 5 years, some 7, some 10, some never.....regarding the DUI

as for the speeding, that may hurt you as well, but you should check with YOUR DMV as to when some tickets "slide off" after how many years....is it 3 years, 5 years..?? it STAYS on your permanent record though...but if it "slides off" after X number of years, a new employer may not see that....

If you look on the websites for any companies you are interested in, most will have a chart that talks about # of allowable tickets or dui's and the time frame for each.

I will say that most companies will not hire with more than 1 dui ever. If you are lucky enough to get on somewhere, you have already used your first and second strike.

Some company's want it 7 year or older. most company's want it 10 years or older. as for speeding tickets. some company's want no more than 3 in a 3 year history or 3 in a 5 year history.... Not to be a d**** or anything but you might want to start thinking about a different career for the time being.

Your problem is not with the company itself.. I'm sure most of them would hire a dog if it could drive a truck. Your problem is going to be with the insurance carrier the company has and there policy's.
