Seeking advice on training.

I am considering a few companies to go with for my CDL training.
Central Refrigerated
CR England
Swift
Prime

I think that going with a company that will pay for my training without much out of pockets expenses would be nice.

My father has his CDL and we are interested in Team driving after I get some experience under my belt. So if you have suggestions for companies that are good for team drivers I would appreciate that also.
