East Columbus(OH) companies????

I start training next week and wanna find a company close to home. Any good companies on the east side of Columbus to work for? It seems most are on the WestSide. I have also heard that I can see more home time since I live right off of 70 close to Columbus??? I don't know much of how the industry works so don't wanna get in a bad situation from the get go. I'm looking to work hard but would love to have days off to spend with my daughter. This may be impossible, but any info would be appreciated.
