Maybe his card is over and it will be fixed. If you have documentation you can go to small claims court. Notify the BBB, the attorney General in his state, and anyone else you can think of.
They real thing to do is research them before hitting the road. I apologize because this is not what you want to hear. Where did you find this guy? I hope it wasn't Craig's List.
I see alot of people recommending it. I wouldn't go there with your computer and a ten foot pole. It's a cesspool and I don't think anyone with any business sense would advertise there. Sorry if that offends anyone, but I sure wouldn't have my name and reputation associated with them. -
Maybe you could file against his bond ?

I would be seeking a lawyer ASAP to to take care of this issue.

I swear, if you call any of those 1800 number ones.. I'm going to slap you.
Anyways, I really hope everything turns out well for you. This situation does seem terrible so hopefully you will get your money. 1900 miles, ####. If you need some $, I might be able to throw a few bucks. (Not much) But maybe something to help you.Last edited: Jul 16, 2011

I just hope you have some good documentation that can prove without a doubt that he owes you. I have a bad feeling though if this "company" has had their credentials pulled twice its a scamming company making the quick buck and leaving the driver high and dry.
