How many other threads are you going to post the same thing in?

Get over it. You went into a field that you knew they would test you for durgs and you were just below smart enough to actually do the one drug that "sticks" with you for at least 30 days!

If you wasted money on a driver mill then you blew a lot of money for a cheap high.

Your chances of getting any job driving are so slim you couldn't get in the seat unless it's a really small company that does not use DAC and will screw you after the first week or so anyway.

Go back to what you were doing before you wasted that money on a driving mill because a lawyer isn't going to do anything except take your money and even after going through the required rehab it will still be mighty slim if you get to drive.

Sorry dude but you made a bad choice to take a hit and now you took a hit for that decision. All those other things of no accidents, DUIs, or arrests don't mean diddly when you fail a simple drug test.

No experience means that unless you get so insanely lucky and snag a job, none of the bigs will touch you.

About the ONLY way you'll ever drive is to go waste more money and buy your own truck and trailer and get your authority, find a broker who you can work with and go the owner route.

That's about all you can hope for. So quit posting to every thread asking the same thing looking for the answer you want to see and start putting applications out there and prove me wrong!

It's time to ask yourself if this "trucking career" really what you want?

If so, It's time to grow up and put down the Pot!

If Not, I know a good Head Shop in LA.

I am not against POT, Frankly I wish they (the guberment) would legalize it just like Alcohol, But Marijuana has longer lasting effects becasue it is a Narcotic just like Opiates that remain in your body much longer than Alcohol. The Drug Screen Faillure most likely follow around for man many many years......

The last trucking company I worked for was JB Hunt. I worked at the DCS in Charlotte. JB management talks a lot about opportunities for employees, but all I ever saw was the good buddy system. JB was the second worse company I ever worked for.

If you were dumb enough to take a chance on smoking pot then you might as well forget trying to get it off your DAC report, the only one who can remove it from your DAC report is the company who put it on it your report, if it was Stevens you would have to find another Stevens driver who was intoxicated and report him to the head of the safty department and just like magic one incedent might just get washed away, but it won't help you to get back on with Stevens, you might try to apply at JHS/ie: Stevens East in Rockwall, TX

And it will continue to be an "issue" for as long as you continue to look for a company, my friend. Unless you can prove it was a false positive, your basically screwed, plain and simple. And my guess is your chances of proving that sailed a while ago. Maybe hook on with a construction compny as a laborer or something and try to work your way into a seat. (That's contingent upon you retiring the bong of course..):biggrin_2559:
