    Another Trans Am disaster

Well as everyone knows Ive been at trans am training with a coach and today I was suppose to pick out my truck. Long story short all they had was a 08 with 400,000 miles I didnt want it so I argued with brittany saying that it has no warranty, the APU has no warranty and I didnt want to pay $610 a week for a truck like that...so what did they do. Didnt offer me a lease and kicked me off the property, and now im stuck in KC with no way home. Thank you Trans Am...This was the short version...dont have a lot of time right now to get into everything but I will.

You can't even make up things this ridiculous!

You just got done training and you are going to lease a truck?
You don't even know how to drive yet and many drivers with a lot of wheel time can't make a lease work!

    Truly amazing!

They did you a favor by sending you home!

Ya I hope...It just sucks that I wasted so much time. At least I got 150 driving hours under my belt...I guess that counts for something. That Brittany girl in Leasing is not nice at all. She yelled at me in front of other students when I walked away from her. She said come back here now....I said, I need a min..lol. She then said you dont have a min...I leave in a hour and you have till then to sign papers....well I then almost agreed but before I did they made my mind up for me...lol.

So 150hrs of training and then you were going to jump right into a lease w/o doing any company driving time (as a company driver) ?
Honestly, while I wish the best for you - what happened was the best thing in the world that could happen to you....

Something will work out for you man - be glad this didn't.

By the way, I always tell people that start out - bring 'mad' money with you.
Figure out how much you need to get home from any point in the USA and stash that money away with you.
Don't touch it. It's your way home when a carrier does something like this.
A prepaid MC/Visa card works for this too.

Why do I recommend this? - It happened to me my 1st time out as a company driver long long ago.
Thankfully I had a $500 credit card I carried with me and I was able to rent a car, head home and spend 1 night in a hotel,
    vs. being stuck out here.

I just don't understand how these guys think they are going to make it paying $2400/month for a truck and running for $.93/mile. They did you a favor sending you home.
