All of the companies out there have their good and bad points. A company in which I love and make decent money may suck for you. You need to find a company that is going to best suit your personal needs. Make a list of your wants and needs and choose a company that is going to best suit those. Once you boil it down to a couple dozen companies, start calling and talking to the recruiters to get more details. Think outside the box. You don't have to follow the herd either. Most newbies just do what their schools tell them and their schools are being paid by the mega-carriers to send you to them. There are a lot of other good companies out there. It's also better to go after the ones who aren't advertising. This means their turnover rate is a lot lower which = happier drivers working for them.
Good luck.....
