Over 100 air mile's you graph logbook. 100 mile's under you need time clock or keep track of your hour's and start and finish from the same point and has to be done in 12 hour's. Anything over 12 hour's you need a graph logbook.

Never heard about this 150 mile radius thing for CDL drivers, just non CDL drivers. How can a state law supersede a federal law that is more stringent?

the only thing i can find is the non cdl exemption and the farm exemption for 150 mile radius.
