I did parallel park several times when I was doing a city route. But even then it wasn't too often. -

Been so long I can't remember to much when I went thru school the instructors taught us a timing system worked like a charm just wish I had wrote it down. I do know this anytime you turn that steering wheel make sure you come to a complete stop before making your next manuver took me a few trys to finally get that in my head... turn in the hole then out get your trlr swinging into the direction you need it to go... turn your steering wheel couple of times to the left to where you can start a straight back when the tandems are about 2.5ft from the curb stop... turn the wheel all the way right continue rolling back hold it till your trlr is straight in the hole then stop... well all the way left and work the tractor in... try it and see wished I could remember the seconds count on those manuvers it was the coolest thing

Just stop at Nebraska rest areas all day and you'll be a pro in no time.
Hammer166 Thanks this. -
Lol no joke

The only time I ever had to parallel park was trying to squeeze in a spot in an older rest area. Pull partially into the spot and then partially out so the trailer is angled before you start backing. Go slow and don't over steer.
