Or when the truck is broke, the company pays for the hotel!

I am on night three in this room,

Widescreen tv, King bed, hardwood floors (no fungus in the carpet), and a super comfy on the back office chair for the desk (for computer gaming).

I would say do it whenever you feel burnt out from being in the truck. Just take it from me I am in a hotel almost every night Im on the road and most of the time I'm wishing I could sleep in the truck. Alot of hotels are pretty nasty, so I would say when you decide to get one spend the extra money on a nice one thats clean and has good beds. As for a permanent address I would say just use a friend or relatives address. That way you have a place to get your mail sent to also. I think personally I would rather spend a long weekend at a good truck stop with a movie room and clean showers rather than a motel, but thats just me.
