You can check your pressures regularly and still have them self destruct. I had two tires on the same axle on my trailer once blow at the same time despite the fact that I checked the pressure before I left that morning and both were at the proper inflation. First one popped and before I could say "Mothereffer" the other went.
But to call a tire failure an accident if nothing else was damaged except the tire is way out of line. Even if you discovered the tire flat they would have still had to call a road service truck to your location to fix the tire/remount/replace. Either way that road service truck was coming out.
Tire came off of the wheel

Packrat i agree it does happen, but read the post, a tire will not blow then come off the wheel and roll away in just 10 feet in a parking lot, then ad the snow factor even if it came off it would just flop over not roll, pretrip or not, smthings wrong.

If you plan on applying to a local smaller company in the future I wouldnt worry to much about your dac..with that siad dont do a bunch of sht to get put on there but from my experience alls smaller locals care about is your MVR not so much your dac.
