although i can not prove what i'm about to say, a buddy of mine did get a ticket from out of state, but he paid it as soon as possible. he did tell me that it never showed up on any DMV report he recieved. i think that if you "contest" the ticket in court, maybe then it would show up, but i don't know this for a fact. now mind you again, i have no proof, but...........the man who is my buddy, never lies about such things either...............

i would jot it down on your application(s), but i'd never lose any sleep over it. when the prospective employer looks over a copy of your DMV, he will see that it happened long before you got your CDL.

however, i'm sure that you know now, to respect your license now and up till the time you get your CDL, then respect that license too..........

man that is surely the truth, i used to speed delivering pizza's. now that i know i am going for this i am scared to go more than 4-5 over! LOL

i am also practicing the: put turn signal on, look in all mirrors, change lanes, then turn off signal. as i used to kinda combine this into a group of "fluid" motions.
