Also i have had the same trailer the whole time most of our trailers have skirts this one doesnt how much difference does that make?

From what Ive seen tank to tank is about a 1/10 mpg increase with the side skirts
If i were an O/O i wouldnt buy them for the MPG increase or thought there of. I'd buy them because ive found in strong winds the truck and trailer is a lot more stable with the skirts -

You're doing pretty good. Track your MPG the old-fashioned way, too, just to make sure the computer isn't blowing smoke up your skirt.
On a really good trip (aka, through the flats of IL, IN, and OH with no wind) I've found that our skirts do about .3 mpg better than our nudes. -
The skirts will help only very slightly as mentioned. The best way to get the best MPG is to wait until the weather changes and the wind is at your back while en-route to your destination. You'll probably need to decline all trips going west, as easterly winds are very rare.

How much do the cab extensions help MPG?
